I just finished reading the first chapter of Crooked Little Vein, Warren Ellis's first novel, which is coming out next week. It's glorious and extremely bizarre and unlike anything I think I've ever read before. I'm not sure whether I'm in love with it yet, but I think I may be before the end.

I'm going to be a zombie tomorrow. :D I need to go to bed at, oh, about 9 pm, so that I can go to work at 6:30 am, work until 9 am, go to Borders to get a wristband to hold my place in line, go back to work and work the rest of my shift (I love my sup and that he's letting me do that!) then once Bridgie's off work it's off to pick up Manda and Bryan and get back to Borders for the Ball! SO EXCITED. I'll have to post my predictions later tonight, garg, gotta go! [bamf!]
